I utilized Sparkle Clean for a month or so while recovering from hip replacement surgery. While recovering, it was nearly impossible for me to undertake routine household chores and cleaning.  They did a fabulous job, especially with the incredibly thorough initial cleaning. The management is very professional and customer service oriented. The actual cleaning staff was always timely, on-point, and did an absolutely fantastic and impeccable job.  My only minor critique is it was occasionally challenging to clearly communicate with the 3 individuals on the cleaning staff due to the language differences.  It appeared that the staff who provided me service were Spanish-speaking individuals; and there seemed to be a team lead who had a relatively greater (if not complete) command of the English language.  This was certainly not an issue, but on occasion, I wasn't entirely clear whether my instructions or comments were fully understood.  I'm a very easy-going person; was so very appreciative for the assistance while recovering; and the customer service was great, so this was no big deal.

I LOVE SparkleClean and working with Sarah. I've used them on an irregular basis for several years, whenever i feel the house needs a good scrub, and I've recently signed up with regular maid service. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had tried others in the past and felt i was paying A LOT of money for sub-par cleaning. I love that SparkleClean is local, women owned and Sarah also makes it clear she is respectful of her team's work and sets their hours so they can also have a regular schedules because they have kids and i think that is really important. Some companies would make the maids accommodate the owner and sacrifice having a stable schedule, which is not fair to them. That being said, Sarah is SO flexible and will do her best to accommodate your schedule and life. Every time her team has come I've been very impressed with their level of detail and the house always smells fresh and clean. We also have a toddler, a dog and two cats and you wouldn't even know after they leave. I have used SparkleClean's service several times after major home renovations and the company definitely lives up to their name as your home will absolutely SPARKLE after they have finished cleaning!  They amaze me every time.

The staff is very professional and thoroughly trained in their cleaning and take great care in not damaging your furniture, walls, and other areas of the home.  They clean areas I  did not even realize were dirty!

The owner Sarah was very accommodating this past time in working around my contractor's schedule to work me into her busy schedule so I could move back into my home after being forced to live in a hotel for 5 weeks during renovation.

Excellent.  Last-minute reservation for a move-out cleaning.  They arrived on time and went to work... dealing with me still moving stuff out as well as a realtor talking loudly, inspecting the place, taking measurements, and prying up the carpet to look for hardwood. I've used SparkleClean for over a year now for regular cleanings, and they are excellent! I just recently moved and had them come do a deep clean of my new house before I moved in - they did an amazing job! I was so impressed with how well they cleaned out the unfinished basement, I hadn't even realized it had been that dirty. They are very well priced, always on time, super detailed in their cleaning, and very easy to schedule. Sarah Pelletier is the owner, and she personally handles any questions or issues you have promptly and is just a breath of fresh air to work with! We've used SparkleClean for a biweekly cleaning since we moved into our house  2 1/2 years ago. Their cleaning is impeccable and they find areas to clean that I wouldn't even have thought about. (Wiping down doors, vacuuming underneath lighter furniture, etc.) The owner, Sarah, is very responsive and flexible if we have a special request. The cleaning team is thorough, efficient, and trustworthy.  We had a picture that broke in the move to our house and Sarah sent me an email when the team discovered it, just to make sure we knew about it. They are great with pets, too. Sarah texted me one time when the cleaning team noticed our "senior" dog didn't seem to be feeling well. Sparkle Clean has been performing bi-weekly cleanings in my 2 bedroom/2 bath + sun room condo for the last year. They have been invaluable to my husbands' and my sanity. We have two fluffy kitty cats and one of the favorite things my guests say is "We had no idea you even had cats, the house smells like lemons and oranges." They arrive promptly every other Wednesday and conduct deep cleans and leave no surface undusted. They even take the trash and recyclables out and wash any dishes left in the sink. The manager we work with, Sarah, is easily available via email for any rescheduling and extra requests we send her way. We are moving from our condo to a larger home and we fully plan on continuing with Sparkle Clean. We highly recommend for working professionals. Very trust worthy service and honest.
